Alex: the gentlemen

This shoot took place on a sunny yet cold spring day and you can really see this in the tone and colours of some of the pictures.  Alex is a handsome, chilled out guy who works and studies hard and has a deep soul.   Essentially he’s an old-school gentleman with a masculine beauty and I tried to capture this with a classic mix of colour and black/white shots.   The end result are images that are both dramatic and somewhat mysterious and dream-like.  It was a pleasure to shoot him and also so nice to speak Spanish too!
